Professor Rob Wilson

Rob Wilson is Professor with three decades of experience working on and leading information systems/digital research and development projects for a range of international and national research agencies (inc UKRI and EU). His work takes a sociotechnical systems approach exploring the innovation of relationships between work, organisation and technology.  His activity is based in three overlapping contexts - the management, integration and information aspects of public services, citizens and citizenship; the challenges of technology adoption, data, information and measurement in governance including the role of information tools (such as AI); and in the role of data and information systems in community/social innovation approaches (such as Co-creation and Living Labs) and organisational strategy and learning.
